Todd McFarlane, Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld and four other comic book artists went rogue and formed their own company, Image, in 1992. And they were on top of the world - for a while. 

With Image having taken the comics industry by storm in the early 90s, troubles and tensions amongst the founders led to a period of turmoil. Until the undead stepped into help.

When Robert Kirkman pitched the Walking Dead to Image Comics, no one thought it would be a thing. Instead, it was a catalyst that helped change the company - and the entertainment landscape.
