The small bar is run by Ms. Toko who doesn't serve alcoholic drinks but offers home cooked meals and a place for her customers to unburden their hearts.

An unexpected mishap on his part causes him to go to Snack Kizutsuki, and once there Ms. Toko helps Takii to unburden himself which reveals the cause of his inner pain.
