Nel primo giorno di liceo, Austin, Parker, Tamra e Trey, quattro ragazzi appassionati di tecnologia, scoprono di essere i Guardiani di nuova generazione del cyberspazio.

Mentre Vera si abitua alla vita di adolescente virtuale, Sourcerer rianima un vecchio nemico, portando avanti la sua missione di distruzione del mondo.

Parker attiva su se stesso degli upgrade non autorizzati. Altrove, Megabyte conquista una fortezza digitale e incomincia a costruire il suo Esercito di sentinelle.

Megabyte usa come mezzo di distrazione un virus a forma di gatto apparentemente tenerissimo, mentre Sourcerer prepara un attacco su larga scala.

Una strana sfera all'interno del Codec svela la sorprendente origine del Codice dei guardiani, spingendo Austin e Parker in una missione per cercarne altre.

Improvvisi cambi d'umore rischiano di far fallire una missione importante, dopo che Vera installa un plugin adolescenziale per provare tutte le emozioni umane.

Quando Megabyte e la sua squadra attaccano Virusylum, Trey è obbligato a scegliere tra lo sport e salvare il mondo.

Vera convince la madre di Austin che la tecnologia può facilitare la vita. Poi però un virus colpisce Alyx, la sua assistente virtuale, rendendola malvagia.

I Guardiani cercano d'impedire a Sourcerer di usare un satellite meteo rubato per sconvolgere la Costa Ovest. La madre di Austin ha un altro appuntamento galante.

C'è una strana rimpatriata: Megabyte unisce le forze con la sorella malvagia Hexadecimal e i Guardiani incontrano i personaggi originali di "ReBoot".

The Sourcerer hacks a cellular network in an attempt to track down the real world location of the Guardians. Hexadecimal causes chaos. The Guardians retrieve another sphere and learn more about the Guardian Code's past.

Austin and Parker discover that Rowin works for the Department of Internet Security. The Guardians must stop the Sourcerer's Zombie Army botnet before he launches a massive Denial of Service attack.

When Megabyte infects Wubbly-Bee toys, the Guardians intervene using Parker's new Virus Extraction Tool. The Sourcerer takes over and turns the toys into ticking time bombs in the real world.

The Guardians try to stop a video from going viral that could expose their secrets. Googz and D-Frag are captured by Megabyte. Parker learns the truth about Trey and Vera.

The Sourcerer infiltrates the Department of Internet Security's secure network and accesses a nuclear missile site. Rowin enlists the Guardians to stop the Sourcerer from launching a nuclear warhead.

While Tamra hosts a teen vlog awards show, Shari finds Room 0 and digitizes into cyberspace as Enigma. When she is captured by Megabyte, Vector, D-Frag, and Googz attempt to rescue her, only to wind up prisoners themselves.

Trey tries to attract the attention of college basketball recruiters. Megabyte takes over Social Media City and begins his reign of terror in cyberspace. The Sourcerer heads to Quantum Heights to find the Guardians.

When the Guardians try to stop Megabyte and Hexadecimal from breaking out of Virusylum, Vector and Enigma are captured by DIS Special Agent Nance. Parker and Vera get Rowin to help D-Frag set Vector and Enigma free.

When the Sourcerer tries to break into Room 0, Austin and the others chase him off and learn the shocking truth about his identity. The Guardians head to the Deep Web to stop Pirate Phishing Trawlers controlled by identity thieves.

The Sourcerer tricks Austin, digitizes into cyberspace and hijacks the Codec, to trigger a Cyber Black Hole that will consume all of cyberspace. The Guardians must stop him before he succeeds in destroying the internet from within.
